Terms of Use

Effective July 8, 2026 · Last updated July 8, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Perigee for using our app and website. Please read them — especially the health disclaimer and the subscription terms. By using Perigee, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By downloading, accessing, or using Perigee you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app. You must be at least 18 years old to use Perigee.

2. What Perigee is (and isn’t)

Perigee reads the overnight signals your Apple Watch records and explains them in plain language. Perigee is a wellness and self-knowledge companion — not a medical device, and not a substitute for professional care. See the health disclaimer in §7.

3. Your licence to use Perigee

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Perigee on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to extract our source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

4. Subscriptions, free trial & billing

  • The free plan includes your morning status, your raw signals, symptom and HRT logging, the Watch complication, and three AI briefings a month.
  • Perigee Plus is $6.99/month or $49.99/year and unlocks a briefing every morning, weekly reports and pattern cards, and doctor-ready PDF export.
  • Plus includes a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you don’t cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
  • Purchases are billed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings; Apple handles cancellations and refunds under its own terms.
  • Prices may change; we’ll give notice as required and any change applies to future periods.

5. Acceptable use

Use Perigee lawfully and as intended. Don’t misuse the service, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to access other users’ data, or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the service or other people.

6. Your content

Symptoms, notes and logs you enter remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the app for you (for example, storing your logs on your device and, if you opt in, sending an anonymous summary to generate a briefing as described in the Privacy Policy). We don’t claim ownership of your health information.

7. Health disclaimer — please read

Perigee does not provide medical advice and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing in the app is a medical diagnosis or a recommendation to start, stop, or change any medication or hormone therapy. Readings are organized from your own data and compared to your own baseline; they can be incomplete or wrong. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, treatment, or any health decision. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

8. Intellectual property

Perigee, its name, design, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms don’t transfer any of those rights to you beyond the licence in §3.

9. Third-party services

Perigee works with Apple, and with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Apple’s services (including the App Store and Apple Health) is also governed by Apple’s terms. We’re not responsible for third-party services we don’t control.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Perigee is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its readings are accurate or complete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision you make based on the app; and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

11. Changes & termination

We may update these terms; if changes are material we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. We may modify or discontinue features. You may stop using Perigee at any time and delete your account and data from within the app.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer law in your country of residence gives you additional rights that cannot be waived.
